Basilica Hotel

From guest Wi-Fi to a custom authentication and management system.

Everything runs from a central distribution point in the server room, out over structured Cat6 and single-mode fibre to outdoor junctions and every floor. The property shares one physical network segmented into four zones — staff, CCTV, hotel guests and restaurant diners — so a congested guest network can't touch the cameras, and a guest device can't see the back office.

Then the client asked for SMS-verified guest access, which the off-the-shelf controller couldn't do on its own — so we built the AAA server, completed the DLT registration from scratch and integrated MSG91. Then they asked to stop logging into a controller just to see who was connected, and we built that too.

Crescent Bay Towers

From recurring IP conflicts to a stable, maintainable camera network.

We took on the AMC for an existing 29-camera system across six towers, running on a network with no internet and nothing managed — the same addresses handed out twice, cameras dropping off, and a site visit every time. When the client asked for 28 more cameras there were no usable addresses left, so we moved the cameras onto a dedicated network of their own and planned the junction structure around how a fault would later be found.
