Ex Gadge Traders started as a hardware and networking supplier in Bombay Timber Market and grew into a full IT infrastructure team — because our customers kept asking us to handle the next thing too.

    The people behind ExGadgeT have been working in IT hardware and infrastructure since 1991. ExGadgeT is the company they built from it — not the other way round.

    ExGadgeT begins

    Desktops, laptops and components, sold across a counter in Bombay Timber Market, Reay Road. That is where this company starts, and it is still the address on the letterhead.

    Structured cabling, CCTV, Wi-Fi, hardware and AMC — designed, installed and supported by one team, for offices, retail spaces, warehouses and homes across Mumbai.

It started with a question

The question that kept coming back.

ExGadge began by selling desktops, laptops and components out of Bombay Timber Market, Reay Road. Customers who bought machines from us kept coming back to ask whether we could also handle the network, the cameras and the Wi-Fi around them. Enough times, and it became the business.

Answering it properly meant one team taking responsibility for the cabling, the cameras, the Wi-Fi and the hardware together, instead of handing a client between four suppliers who each blame the other three. That is what ExGadgeT was built to do. One vendor. Zero handoffs.

Today we run structured cabling, CCTV and Wi-Fi installs alongside hardware sales and AMC support — for offices, retail spaces, warehouses and homes across Mumbai. Same hands-on approach, just a longer list of things we show up for.

Refurbished machines are load-tested, not just wiped and reboxed. Warranty terms are given in writing.

AMC clients get a direct line for support — not a ticket queue that goes quiet after go-live.
